Shan M—She had a procedure on Friday and is slowly recovering. We lift her before the Lord for complete healing. - Hebrews 6:18 So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. (NLT)

Susan G's mother—She had surgery on Saturday (her mother is 90 years old and weighs only 70 lbs.) for a blockage in her colon.  They were unable to locate the blockage and had to insert a colostomy bag.  We cry out to God for her recovery. 

Angie D—She is scheduled for a procedure. We ask God for a strong outpouring of the Spirit of the Lord upon the doctors and for a full and complete recovery. - Psalm 37:4 Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Zena G—She has been diagnosed with breast cancer.  She is a strong believer in God. We pray in agreement with her for healing. - 3 John 1:2 I prosper and am in health even as my soul prospers.

Garland S. and Ruthie M.—They lost a loved on over the weekend due to a blood clot.  We pray strength for the family. - Isaiah 41:10 fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Marie P—She has asthma and other breathing issues. We call upon God to relieve her breathing and restore her health. - Ex 15:26 I am the Lord that healeth thee.

Mia D, 10 years old—She has a viral infection. We ask God to normalize her health, to restore her energy and to heal her body. - Luke 1:28 (IRV) "The Lord has given you special favor. He is with you."

Michelle F—She’s having surgery this morning. We pray the surgery is a success and healing is swift. - Psalm 138:3, "In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul." (NKJV)

Caprese—We stand in agreement with her for a job position she has applied for. We are asking that she be selected for the interview, pass it and get offered a position. We also pray for a good doctor's report during her follow-up visit this week. - Jeremiah 33:3 Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.

Alcoholics and Drug Addicts—We pray in agreement with families for their loved ones to be released from the stronghold of alcohol addiction and drugs. We ask God to remove the desire, to provide inner strength to resist the urge, and for souls, bodies and minds to be restored to a healthy state. - 1 Corin 6:12 Everything is permissible for me"—but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible for me"—but I will not be mastered by anything.

Those seeking Employment—We pray for divine favor in job interviews, job offers and employment with family sustaining wages and hours of choice. - Jeremiah 29:11 - ‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.'

Children, Teens and Young Adults—We pray they remain grounded in their biblical training and for God to cover them with His grace and endow them with His wisdom to make wise choices this week. - "My child don't lose sight of common sense and discernment. Hang on to them for they will refresh your soul." Proverbs 3:21-22a

Mid Sweden University—We pray for the Spirit of the Lord to fall upon the university campus. We are praying for door to open for ministry, for changed hearts and for a great harvest. - Isaiah 54:17 – “But in that coming day, no weapon turned against you shall succeed, and you will have justice against every courtroom lie. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord. This is the blessing I have given you, says the Lord.” (TLB)

Jobs Partnership students—We lift them up for perseverance during their twelve week - three hours a week training, we pray for hearts to be transformed, for minds to be changed to a godly perspective, and for good jobs to be granted. - Ephesians 1:11 Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan.

J., a teenager—She had an incident with a friend at the end of May this year. As a result, she has been ostracized from her social circle that she has been a part of since elementary school. Also, she is at a new school this year and has not made any friends. We pray for her loneliness to subside and for the Lord to surround her with new friends that are God-selected. - Psalm 19:7, "The instruction of the LORD is perfect, renewing one’s life; the testimony of the LORD is trustworthy, making the inexperienced wise." Caprese and her husband, Gordan—We lift them for continued growth in the Lord and community, lasting friendships and ministries at their new church home. - 2 Timothy 1:13-14 What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus. Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you—guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us.

Rebecca C—We cry out to God to heal her right knee without surgery. - (Psalms 6:2 NKJV) Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am weak; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are troubled.

Family Members Living Outside God's will—We pray for God to bring them to their senses and help them escape from the trap of the enemy, for them to turn back to God and do His will. - 2 Timothy 2:26 and that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will.

We pray for her vitals to stabilize, for the correct diagnosis, for proper treatment and for complete healing. - Jeremiah 17:7-8 “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”

Those under hospice care—We pray for God's protective care, His provision and peace. - Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings Psalm 17:8 (NIV)

Those sick among us—We pray for God to remove any distress or discomfort from bodies. We ask Him to take away any anxiety, fear or distress from hearts and minds. Those interviewing for jobs—We ask God for divine favor in job interviews, for God's guidance in response to questions, and for jobs with benefits to be offered. - Psalm 90:17 And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.

Those who are shopping for a vehicle—We pray God's favor in financing, for low interest rates and for affordable payments that are comfortable for monthly budgets. - Proverbs 3:4 So you will find favor and good repute In the sight of God and man.

Leroy Williams of Miami—He was hospitalized yesterday. We keep him lifted before God for healing to spring forth in his body and for his health to be restored. We ask God to enlighten the doctor’s minds so they can properly diagnose his condition and for the correct treatment to be ordered. - “You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head.” Psalm 139:5 (NLT)

Crystal—We lift her for strength, for healthy finances and for her to finish each day strong. - Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Mother Ruth and Georganna—We ask God to strengthen them and for their latter days to be greater than their beginning. - Job 8:7 Though your beginning was small, Yet your latter end would increase abundantly.

GeGe—We lift her family for generational curses to be broken, for hearts to be softened and for souls to be renewed. We also pray for the Lord to turn some things around in her life. - Psalm 55:22 ESV Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.

Strong-willed young adults—We pray for the stronghold of self-will to be destroyed, for them to settle in as a cohesive member of their families and for God to pour his spirit upon their spirits and their lives. We ask God to protect them as He works to turn them to Him and away from the grips of the enemy. - Psalm 91:11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

The Shattering of Strongholds—We continue to pray for deliverance for family members to be released from the grips of the enemy and for them to be alert to his targeted attacks. - And they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will. 2 Timothy 2:26 (NASB)

Caprice and her husband, Gordan—We lift them for God’s favor in all that they set their hands to do. We pray for financial restoration 100-fold and wisdom for future financial endeavors. Widows struggling with being alone—We pray for them to see God in a fresh way, for Him to heal their hurting heart and give them renewed purpose. - Jeremiah 31:25 - For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.

Ministers preaching this morning—We pray for a fresh anointing as the Word goes forth, and for it to fall on ears that are alert and hearts that are receptive. Patricia's brother-in-law—He is in the hospital.  He has cellulitis in his leg and the antibiotics are not working.  We ask the Lord to guide the doctors to the right treatment and in the right dosage. We are believing God for swift and total healing.

Caprese—She is on her way to the emergency room because she hurt her lower back. It is hard to move and walk on her own. We ask the Lord to give the doctors insight into the cause and the best course of action without invasive treatment. We pray for complete healing. - Luke 1:28 (IRV) "The Lord has given you special favor. He is with you."

Barbara B and those traveling to the FAMU football game—We lift them for travelling grace, for a time filled with safe, positive, lasting memories and for all needs to be met. - Psalm 4:8 - In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep me safe.

Those conducting Bible seminars and conferences today—We pray God adequately prepares you to accurately deliver today's Word and for the Word to be fresh, inspiring, and empowering. - Jeremiah 1:9 Then the Lord put out his hand and touched my mouth. Hurricane Florence Flood Victims—We thank God for being with them in the midst of their devastation and destruction. We pray that He keeps his protective hands upon their lives and give them the discernment on how to begin the rebuilding process. - Psalm 3:5 I lay down and slept, yet I woke up in safety, for the LORD was watching over me.

Our Young Adults—We beseech God to cover our young people with self-control, abstinence, and for a moral revival to sweep through the atmosphere.  We pray for hearts and minds of our young people to turn toward Christ. - For the grace of God... teaches us to say ‘No’ to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age. Marriages and Families—We continue to pray for the instability in families to settle down, for the spirit of division and separation to be brought under subjection and rooted out, and for God to place a hedge of protection around the family unit. - Jeremiah 30:20-22 Their children will be as in days of old, and their community will be established before me; I will punish all who oppress them. Their leader will be one of their own; their ruler will arise from among them. Crystal—We pray for her financial needs to be met, and also for continued favor on her job. - Job 10:12 You have granted me life and lovingkindness; And Your care has preserved my spirit.

Junior H.—We pray for him to take his medicine for his bipolar disorder as prescribed. We also pray for him to have an encounter with Jesus and be saved, for his mind to be regulated, and for him to become a productive person for Jesus. All those with a heavy heart—We pray God shows you how to give your burden to Him, how to keep your hands off of it, and how to patiently wait and trust Him to work it out for you. - 1 Peter 5:6-7 And God will exalt you in due time, if you humble yourselves under his mighty hand by casting all your cares upon Him.

Grand parents who are raising their grand and great grand children—We stand in agreement with them for the children to grow up in the fear of God. We also pray for the financial needs of the family to be met, for the emotional and physical needs of the couple to be granted, for them not to grow weary, and for them to be strengthened by the Word of God. - Romans 8:24-26 “In hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what is seen? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience. Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but that very Spirit intercedes with sighs too deep for words.”

Those without electric power—We pray for power to be restored and for utility workers to be kept safe. - Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Everyone with a challenging job—We pray the peace of God takes up residence at your job environment, for the workers to take on an attitude of gratefulness, and for your day to be filled with God's presence. - Exodus 33:14 My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.

Mable W—She is hospitalized. We pray for divine healing, for her body be restored in every area and for high energy and stamina. - (Psalms 6:2 NKJV) Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am weak; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are troubled.

Caprese and Gordan—We pray that God will continue to give them favor on their jobs, with their managers, clients, co-workers and business associates. We ask that they are endowed with fearlessness in the work and marketplace. We pray the Lord fulfills their desire to bless the lives of those they serve and that those who are blessed are receptive to what they are offered.

Aaron H—In July, he was tearing down a house and it fell on him. At that time, surgery was delayed due to swelling in his ankle. He is having surgery today to reset the bones in his foot.  We intercede for a successful surgery, for him to fully recover and for there to be no permanent damage. - Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Those receiving medical test results today—We pray for a good report from the doctor, and resolution to health concerns without surgery.  (Jeremiah 30:17 NKJV) For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds,' says the LORD. - Psalm 35: 27 says: “Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause:  yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”

Those with chronic pain—We make an earnest appeal to God to regulate breathing, heart rhythms, and back and joint pain. We ask Him to grant pain free days. - Job 8:7 Though your beginning was small, yet your latter end would increase abundantly.

Those in the projected path of Hurricane Florence—We pray for God's protecting mercy against the storm and for the atmosphere to be calm all around His children. We pray for lives and for property to be shielded from danger. - Isaiah 4:6 And there will be a tabernacle for shade in the daytime from the heat, for a place of refuge, and for a shelter from storm and rain.

Everyone on the call—We pray for you to have a relaxing day filled with opportunities to shine your light. We ask the Lord to bless you with peace that is beyond belief, and patience as needed. All those in the path of hurricane Florence—We are praying for safety and peace. The United States of America—As we remember the terrorist attack of 9/11/2001, we thank God for keeping us safe. We pray for civility toward each other to be restored and for individual morality to be revived. - 2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Those who are laid off from their jobs—We cry out to God for long-term family financial provisions and for career direction. Those battling alcohol or drug addiction—We continue to lift up those who are controlled by the strongholds of drugs and alcohol. We ask God to quicken their spirit, to remove the taste of drugs from their system, for them to be made whole and for the Lord to help them stay clean. - Jeremiah 33:6 - Behold, I will bring you health and a cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

Leo and Luna—We lift up their marriage, asking God to pour out His spirit upon their hearts. We pray for a renewed and sincere commitment to God and family. We also pray for unity and peace in their home. - "He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters … You, LORD, are my lamp; the LORD turns my darkness into light" (2 Samuel 22:17, 29, NIV).

Those with unspoken needs—We ask God for spiritual, emotional, physical and psychological covering. We also ask for needs to be supplied. - Be strong and courageous, for the LORD will be with you wherever you go? (Joshua 1:9). The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace. (Psalm 29:11).

Those who have grown discouraged on their jobs—We pray for a revival in disillusioned minds, for souls to be refreshed, and for hope to be rebirth. - My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever (Psalm 73:26, NIV).

Those whose credit needs to be repaired—We ask God to direct them on the biblical principles of money management, for them to apply what His Word says, and for divine intervention to improve their credit rating. - Mal. 3:10 Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need.

Those going through divorce—We ask for you to be at peace, to be overtaken with a spirit of contentment and to be able to function in your current environment with no stress. - Psalms 122:7 - Peace be within thy walls, [and] prosperity within thy palaces.

Everyone on the call this morning—We beseech God for renewed strength to get through the day, a keener focus on God's lovingkindness, and for His mercy to rule your day. - Isaiah 40:30-31 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. Those with undiagnosed illnesses—We pray God directs the hands and the intellect of the doctors and their teams, for the cause of problems to be properly diagnosed, for treatment without surgery, and for total healing. - Romans 8:11 If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.

Caregivers of sick spouses and relatives—We are praying for your trust in God to be strengthened, for God to grant you rest in your body and your mind, for God to hush your spirit and keep you close to Him as He works things out. - Proverbs 3:5-12 Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track. Don’t assume that you know it all.  Run to God!

Marriages in Trouble—We ask God to surround couples with his wisdom to deal with their strained marriage relationships, for perseverance, patience and for God's promises to be manifested. - Philippians 2:2 Make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose.

Dub C, Carolyn M's brother-in-law—He is still experiencing unstable health after having a heart attack a few months ago. He is in ICU in Brunswick, GA again in critical condition. He has blood clots in his lungs and an infection in his stomach. We ask God to normalize his health, to restore his energy and to heal his body. - Psalm 23:1-3 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures.

Annie B—She is in Dr. Phillips Hospital in Orlando. She had a heart attack and is in critical care. We pray for her health to be completely restored. - Psalm 107:20 He sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

Lisa D—She was admitted to Dr. Phillips Hospital in Orlando. Her kidney numbers are high. We pray for the doctors to isolate her condition, to order the correct treatment and for total healing. - We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield (Psalm 33:20 NIV)

RJ G—He is hospitalized so the doctor can determine what is causing him to have seizures. They had been waiting for him to have a seizure, so the doctor could collect the information he needs to determine the course of treatment. RJ had a huge seizure yesterday. We pray that the meds he is being prescribed will start working quickly so there are no more seizures and he and his mom can go home. - Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10 NKJV)

P.C.—We ask God to make a job available, to grant financial relief, daily favor, and provisions so there is no lack. - My descendants will never be forsaken, or begging bread. (Psalm 37:25-26) - I will leave an inheritance to my children's children. (Proverbs 13:22)

Our Teenage Girls—We ask the Lord to help them adjust to the social ups and downs of being a teenager, to help them handle rejection by their peers and for them to have the courage to stand up for what is right. - Psalm 119:116 Sustain me according to your promise, and I will live; do not let my hopes be dashed.

The United States of America—We call upon God for a spiritual revival, for safety and protection and for democracy to work as intended. - Isa 61:1 Cause righteousness and praise to spring forth.

RK—We implore God to guide him to discover his voice in Christ's program. We pray God opens doors for him to use his gifts. James, Sam and Henry—We pray for the Holy Spirit to penetrate their hearts, change their minds, and for them to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Those who are bed ridden—We pray for continued improvement and for God to raise his children off their sick beds. Children who are resisting their godly training—We pray God pours out His spirit upon our stubborn children and his blessings on our inflexible teenagers and for them to lead productive and God-fearing lives. - God will pour His Spirit on my de-scendants, and His blessing on my offspring. (Isaiah 44:3)

Those preaching today—We lift them for a fresh anointing, a bold, powerful Word and for the gospel will bear fruit. - Ephesians 6:19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.

Rob, Susan and all those travelling today—We call upon God to cover them with His travelling grace and mercy and they go to and from their destination. We also pray for all to be well upon their arrival. - Psalm 4:8 - In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep me safe.

Family of Janie and all those who are remembering deceased loved ones this weekend—We pray you fondly recall the good times, gain strength and joy from them and are uplifted by the legacy left behind. - Isaiah 49:13 Shout for joy, you heavens; rejoice, you earth; burst into song, you mountains! Janelle, Bruce, Jr. and their families-Their father, Bruce, Cole, Sr. passed yesterday morning. We ask the Lord to keep them strong and cover them with His deepest compassion as they make funeral arrangements. - Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

Ms. Gwen W-Her father passed on Sunday. We lift up the family for the Lord's compassion as they make funeral arrangements. We pray for unity and the insight to move forward. - Hebrews 10:35-36 So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.

Christopher H, Jr., 4 years old—He is hospitalized to have his tonsils removed today. We lift him for a perfect procedure, for a successful outcome and for total healing. - Mark 8:25 Then Jesus laid his hands on his eyes again; and he opened his eyes, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly. And he sent him to his home.

Marveen J—She’s having surgery this morning. We pray the surgery is a success and healing is swift. - Psalm 138:3, "In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul." (NKJV)

Ken K—We call upon the Lord to stabilize his body from diabetic complications and nurture him back to good health. We also pray for his hope to be strengthened. - Ex 15:26 I am the Lord that healeth thee.

Thanos J—He was hospitalized for bladder surgery and experienced complications. He is responding and on the road to recovery.  - Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’” (Joel 3:10 NKJV)We lift him for prayer and total healing.

John M—He was recently diagnosed with stomach cancer. John is caring for his elderly parents and needs to have a positive attitude about his condition. We pray his strength and for the Lord to make him whole. - Isa 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

WHC—He needs a job with earnings to help provide for his family. We ask God to favor him with employment. We also lift WHC to be healed of the spirit of lying. Let the truth be made real in his life and living. - Psalm 73:25-26 Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Lillian—We pray prayers of healing, comfort and strength, as she and her family deal with the death of her brother, Adam. Also, Lillian is co-caretaking her mentally unstable mother. RCC-We lift his family up for a closer walk with the Lord, for a more unified union and for his finances to prosper so his budget can get some relief. - “Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name.” (Psalm 86:11)

Those who have lost their way-We implore God to guide them as He reveals their purpose. We pray God clearly points them to His plans for their lives. We ask Him to increase their spiritual sensitivity, so they can plainly hear God when He speaks to their hearts. - Psalm 138:8a: "The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O LORD, endures forever." Engaged couples-We call upon God to direct engaged couples to Biblically grounded pre-marital counselors, to open their hearts to God's teachings, to expose and address all shortcomings of both parties, and to meld their wills into the will of God. - Colossians 1:23 "Continue in the faith grounded and settled and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel."

Those in hospice-We call upon God for His presence, His comfort, for His will to be done, and for families to be strengthened and to be led by God on how to pray and how to support each other.- 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

Those searching for a church home-We petition our Lord to guide them to a place of worship where their families can be taught and where they can grow in the Word. We pray for doors to open for them to get involved in outreach ministries and use their gifts to the fullest. - 1 John 3:20 for whenever our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and he knows everything.

Crystal W and children—Her husband has left her and children again. Her 14-year-old son is out of control and has been physically abusive to her. There are also problems on her job. Sis. Marveen J—She was hospitalized yesterday for observations and tests after complaints of nausea, pain and spasms in her lower back area. Divided Families and Homes—We entreat God to show family members how to put aside differences and find common ground and to lay aside divisions and move forward under the direction of God. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.

Non-profit Organizations—We implore God for grace, mercy, and for organizations to remain true to their mission. We also pray for favor with God and man for funding and volunteers.  - “You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head.” Psalm 139:5 (NLT)

Willie N—He is hospitalized. We ask the Lord to raise him off his sick bed and make him whole again. - Psalm 107:19–20 (NLT) “Lord, help!” they cried in their trouble, and He saved them from their distress. He sent out His word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death.

Rev. O—He is home from the hospital and is undergoing physical therapy. We ask the Lord to restore his mobility and his health. - Psalm 94:18-19 When I said, “My foot is slipping,” your unfailing love, Lord, supported me. When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.

Law enforcement officers—We pray for their safety, for a positive influence on, and relationship with the community, and for advancement on the job. - Romans 13:4 (MSG) The police aren't there just to be admired in their uniforms. God also has an interest in keeping order, and he uses them to do it.

Those who are advocates for hatred and bigotry—We ask God to sprinkle hearts with His love and His joy, and to fill those who hate with the Spirit of God. - Jeremiah 6:16 Thus says the LORD: "Stand by the roads, and look, and ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is; and walk in it, and find rest for your souls. 

Those starting a new job—We ask God to shower them with favor and to impart creativity, courage, and wisdom. We also ask God to continue to manifest the career plan He has for them. - Jeremiah 31:25 - For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.

Our defiant children and grandchildren—We pray for God to give them a spirit of submission to authority. - Luke 10:17, "And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name."

DB—He has been given a second opportunity to take workday certification exam for continued employment. We pray for focus while studying, for him to retain the knowledge needed and confidence to pass the exam. - Ephesians 1:11 Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan.

Jackie Robinson and her family—After a long battle with cancer, Jackie's son, James Robinson passed away yesterday. We ask God to comfort them with his deepest compassion and keep them on one accord as they go about making funeral arrangements. - Isa 57:1-2 The righteous perish, and no one ponders it in his heart; devout men are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil. Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death.

One of our college students—She went to the doctor for her physical today and they found a lump in her breast. She has to get an ultrasound to see what is going on. We cry out to God for her body to be free from disease. We pray the ultrasound results are negative. We also pray for her to excel on the GRE as she takes it in September. - Psalm 16:8 I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.

Those who have medical procedures—We ask the Lord to make the procedures successful and the results beyond expectations. -  The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace. (Psalm 29:11).

Those with a divided mind on what to do—We ask God to make it clear on how to proceed and to increase their level of faith. - Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

Teenagers—We pray they walk in total victory and obey the words of their parents. We pray they walk closer with the Lord, and for them to be delivered from all evil influences. - Psalm 107:20 He sends forth His word and heals them and rescues them from the pit and destruction.

Caregivers—We pray for relief from being overworked and a period of rest. - From the end of the earth I will cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psalm 61:2

Those going through chemotherapy—We pray their energy is renewed and their outlook is hopeful. We ask God to make their bodies like new and to remove all sickness and disease from their environment. - (Proverbs 4:20-22 NKJV) My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.

Those who are openly being attacked by the enemy—We pray for steadfastness, unshakable faith in God's promise to make their enemies their footstool and total trust in God to set things right in His own time and in His own way. - Psalm 138:7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me. - Romans 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Those who are living with constant pain in their body—We ask God to grant pain relief and restore good health. - Exodus 33:14 My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.

Those who have lost their excitement for life—We pray the stronghold of depression is broken and for joy, peace and zest for life to be restored. - Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. - Psalm 118:17 I shall not die, but I shall live, and recount the deeds of the Lord.

Everyone on the call this morning—We ask God to grant us peace where there is concern, assurance where there is doubt, and security where there is uncertainty.

Dub C—He goes to May Clinic in Jacksonville, FL this morning for an evaluation of his heart. We pray for the proper corrective action to be recommended and followed, for his health to improve and for his quality of life to increase. - Do not be seized with alarm or struck with fear.  Only keep on believing. – Mark 5:36

Adam—We ask God to remove the desire for drugs from his system, eliminate the taste from his mouth, and set him on a road to clean living. We also ask for his heart to be fixed, his mind to be changed, and for him to return to Jesus wholeheartedly. We further pray for his parents to be strengthened, as they persevere in prayer. - Prov 30:5 ESV Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.

Curtis W—We pray for protection from the enemy, for strongholds to be destroyed, and for his life to be relevant and meaningful. - 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.

Chris—We ask God to keep him grounded in His Word, to sustain his health, to grant him a successful and prosperous football season, and grant him academic success. - And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 1:14

Married Couples who are unequally yoked—We pray for God's favor in marriages, salvation for those family members who are not saved, and restoration for those who are backslidden. -  Psalm 107:19–20 (NLT) “Lord, help!” they cried in their trouble, and He saved them from their distress. He sent out His word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death. - 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

Mentally ill relatives—We pray God's mercy and guidance falls upon them, for His strength to keep them lifted up, and for His wisdom to dwell within their minds. And, we ask God to give their caregivers a double portion of strength.  - Psalm 56:8-9 (TLB) You have seen me tossing and turning through the night. You have collected all my tears and preserved them in your bottle! You have recorded everyone in your book. The very day I call for help, the tide of battle turns. My enemies flee! This one thing I know: God is for me!

Everyone on the call this morning—We pray for a day filled with divine guidance on every hand, protection from any attempts by the enemy to upset your day, and an abundant supply for your spiritual, emotional and financial needs. - Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you.

Nelson O—He must excel this first school year in order to be allowed to complete the four-year program. We call upon the Lord to guide him through a successful school year. We also pray for him to gain godly maturity and obedience to his parents. - Isaiah 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.

Jessica P—She is taking a test this morning. We pray for her to keep her mind focused on Jesus and His ability to lead her through to success. We call upon the Lord to help her recall all the knowledge needed to pass and we ask God to grant her the points needed to be successful. - Psalm 37:5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act.

Tempest R—We pray for God to draw her near to Him, for him to keep her at all times, and to meet all her needs. - Isaiah 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.

Stephen, Trell, Derrick and Police Officers in our Family Circle—We pray for their protection as they go to work, as they perform their duties, and as they return to their homes. We ask God to protect their dwellings and their families. - Matthew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.

Students returning to college—We pray for tuition and fees to be provided without a struggle, for students to make good choices in their day to day decisions and for them to not be influenced by people in a negative way. - Proverbs 4:23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.

Everyone on the call this morning—We ask God to refresh our spirits, enlighten our hearts, and lead us in His ways today. BreeAnne, college student—We pray to the Lord for deliverance from past actions, respect for those in authority, and direction on how to live her best life. - Matthew 7:24-24 “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock…”

The P. Family—We urge God to create employment for the head of the household, to sustain harmony in the home, and for His covering to give them security. - Psalms 122:7 - Peace be within thy walls, [and] prosperity within thy palaces.

Unemployed Family Members who are searching for jobs—We ask God to make jobs available, to grant financial relief, daily favor, and provisions so there is no lack. - My descendants will never be forsaken, or begging bread. (Psalm 37:25-26) - I will leave an inheritance to my children's children. (Proverbs 13:22)

Everyone travelling this weekend—We pray for safe travels and for God's hand to provide everything that is needed for an enjoyable journey. - Psalm 91:11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

Law enforcement Officers—We pray they conduct themselves with the highest integrity, that they be peace-makers, that they be protected as they perform their duties, and strengthened as they go throughout the day. - Romans 13:4 (MSG) The police aren't there just to be admired in their uniforms. God also has an interest in keeping order, and he uses them to do it. Psalms 91:11 He ordered his angels to guard you wherever you go.
