M.M. and those recovering from drug addiction—We ask God to renew your purpose to align with His desire for your life, to reset your mind, body and spirit to be thirsty for God's word, and to empower you to finish strong. - Nahum 1:9 (KJV) What do ye imagine against the Lord? He will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.

Children and Adults on the wrong path—We pray for total surrender of their lives to God, for divine protection and for God's plan for each of them to come to pass. - Romans 12:2, ESV Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Those admitted to the hospital—We beseech God for bodies to stabilize, for  doctors to make a correct diagnosis, for no permanent damage to sick bodies, and for total healing. - Psalm 30:2 O Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you have healed me.

All those whose job is ending—We ask God to open employment doors with increase and  abundance. We pray he tells them what their next steps are. - James 1:5 But if anyone is deficient in wisdom, he should ask God, who gives to all generously and without reprimand, and it will be given to him.

All those who recently received salvation—We pray God guards newly committed hearts and protect minds from the enemy. We pray they not get frustrated by the issues of life but grow in the knowledge and wisdom of Jesus Christ. - 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.

Those declaring the Word today—We pray an empowering Word is delivered, received with gladness and joyfully applied. - Psalm 119:11 I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.

CW, RP, Hunter and all those with bipolar and other mental disorders—We lift them for a miraculous healing, for strongholds to be supernaturally released and for clarity of thought. - 2 Corinthians 10:4, "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds." - John 8:32 "continue in my word... and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

Barbara B—She and members of her family will be traveling to Tallahassee for her granddaughter, J’s graduation. We lift them for travelling mercies there and back. Jelani is graduating a semester early. We ask the Lord to bless her with a job at the local hospital and to help her get into grad school. - Psalm 115:14 (NIV) 14 May the Lord cause you to flourish, both you and your children.

Neema—She had to get a transfusion and morphine on Wednesday because she was dehydrated and having a pain crisis. We thank God for normalizing her body and ask Him to heal her. - Luke 8:48 Jesus said, "Daughter, you took a risk trusting me, and now you're healed and whole. Live well, live blessed!"

Nicole S—We beseech the Lord to grant her favor on her job and cut a path for her to get a promotion. - Job 10:12 You have granted me life and lovingkindness; And Your care has preserved my spirit.

S.C.—We ask God to endow her with his guidance in her family situation. We pray He grants her wisdom in making life-changing decisions. All those unemployed who are looking for work—We call upon the Lord to create and grant jobs and to supply all needs so there is no lack. -  2 Cor 9:10 "…May He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness...."

All  those dating a person who has a negative influence on them—We stand in the gap for God to reveal His plan and His purpose for their lives. We ask Him to grant the courage and inner strength to cut ties. - Philippians 2:2 Make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose. 

Those who have become discouraged with their volunteer work in the church—We pray for God to grant the desire and the mind to continue to do good work in the church. - Col 3:23-25 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. For the wrongdoer will be paid back for the wrong he has done, and there is no partiality.

Those who need their faith strengthened—We pray their faith is strengthened as they stand in belief for the desire of their heart and for God to provide them with what they need to stand firm. - Matthew 17:20 If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

Work Schedules—We pray for work schedules that will not interfere with Bible Study, Sunday Worship and church community outreach events. - “You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head.” Psalm 139:5 (NLT)

Those in need of child care—We beseech God for space to open up in a high quality, competitively priced child care facility that is safe. - Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Everyone on the call this morning—We call upon God to surround you with His wisdom, for His mercy to cover you, for His angels to protect you and for His generous hand to provide for you. - Psalm 20:1-2;4 May the Lord answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you. May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion. May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.

Sherell R—We pray for her salvation, and that she will have a desire to get to know God inside and out. - John 3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Ernestine—We pray for her to be more faithful and consistent in paying her tithes and for God to open her heart and mind to pay Him first.  We also pray for the Lord to equip her to leave a legacy of love for her children and grandchildren. - 1 Chron 4:10 10 Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm.

Churches without pastors—We beseech God to lead churches without pastors to candidates after God's own heart, for God to prepare the next pastor for the church and prepare the church for their next pastor. We also pray the congregation is guided by consistent prayer and godly wisdom. - Proverbs 16:1-4 The intentions of the heart belong to a man, but the answer of the tongue comes from the Lord. All the ways of a person seem right in his own opinion, but the Lord weighs the motives. Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans will be established. The Lord works everything for its own ends— even the wicked for the day of disaster.

Those whose bodies need to be regulated—We are praying for bodies to level out, for health conditions to improve, and for a miraculous and complete healing. - Luke 8:50 But Jesus on hearing this answered him, “Do not fear; only believe, and she will be well.”

Older Adults on A Fixed Income—We pray that they want for nothing. We ask the Lord to give them contentment and peace and to make a way for them to be cared for with gentleness and compassion. - Jeremiah 30:20-22 Their children will be as in days of old, and their community will be established before me; I will punish all who oppress them. Their leader will be one of their own; their ruler will arise from among them. I will bring him near and he will come close to me, for who is he who will devote himself to be close to me' declares the LORD. " 'So you will be my people, and I will be your God.' "

Those with court cases—We pray for the peace of God to flow and for judges and attorneys to show favor. We are trusting God to sort things out and make just rulings. -  Isaiah 54:17 – “But in that coming day, no weapon turned against you shall succeed, and you will have justice against every courtroom lie. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord. This is the blessing I have given you, says the Lord.” (TLB)

Wanda and Austin—We urge God to show them how to get along. We ask Him to give them peace of mind, rest from the struggles of life and that He opens up the lines of communication. - 2 Corin 4:8-9 we are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed.

Derrick and Samantha—We continue to pray for a presence of love, joy and peace in their home. We pray for their marriage to be strengthened and that there be no struggle in the blessings God has given them. - Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Cynthia, Angie and Widows—We beseech God for continued good health and strong minds. Developmentally Disabled Adults—We pray for a life of meaning filled with love. We also ask God to keep his loving eye upon them and provide their needs. - John 10:10 “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have [it] more abundantly.”

Those anxious because their resources to purchase gifts are short during this Christmas season—We ask God to reset their thinking, to remove anxiety, worry and concern, and to grant them creativity in gift giving. - Exodus 33:14 My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.

Mrs. Lizzie T—She is hospitalized in Health Central Hospital. We call upon the Lord to regulate her body and restore her health 100%. We also pray for the family to be strengthened. - (Isaiah 58:8 NKJV) Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.

Carol—She begins chemotherapy today. We pray her strength as she undergoes treatment, for her to be favored so the treatments are highly effective, but with minimal side effects, and for her to be made whole. - (Psalms 30:2 NKJV) O LORD my God, I cried out to You, And You healed me.

Priscilla—Ulcerative colitis symptoms have started to show up in her body again. We pray the symptoms leave and that the doctors do not find anything but normal results in her tests. Also, we ask the Lord to help her learn to de-stress. - Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Those beginning a new work week—We pray God shows you favor and makes your day and your week productive and stress-free. - Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work at it with all of your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men. Those in need of divine guidance on a family problem—We ask God to speak to you clearly on the direction you are to take. - Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and He will make your paths straight.

Orlando World Outreach Center—We pray for the outreach efforts to accomplish the purpose of reaching the unsaved and the downtrodden. We ask God to multiply their prayer efforts and to transform the area into a spiritual hotbed for Christ. - "I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith." Terrell H—We plead with God to regulate his mind, change his heart and place him on the road to spiritual and life success.  - For the grace of God... teaches us to say ‘No’ to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age. (Titus 2:11-13)

Those moving into a new home—We plead with God to breathe upon their efforts to build a spiritually stable home, for Him to direct every decision and to make resources easy and plentiful. - Zechariah 4:6 - 'Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.'

Those desiring a different job—We ask God to bless them with a job that leads to a career, for them to earn more, for good health benefits, and for normal work hours. - Psalm 122:7 Peace be within thy walls, [and] prosperity within thy palaces.

Our Senior Adults—We entreat God to bless their latter days more than their first. Help them meet their monthly financial obligations with ease. We pray for a peaceful existence, good health, worry-free days, and for an abundance of God's best. - Job 8:7 Though your beginning was small, yet your latter end would increase abundantly.

Grandparents raising their grandchildren—We beseech God's strength to keep up, His wisdom to balance discipline with love and for His generous hand to meet all their needs. - Psalm 34:10 Those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.

Husbands who have lost their way—We plead with God to make them aware of the hurt, the pain, and the insecurity they are causing their loved ones. We ask Him to give them a heart of compassion, a mind to do right by their family, and for them to develop a sincere love for God and His ways. - "He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. You, LORD, are my lamp; the LORD turns my darkness into light" (2 Samuel 22:17, 29, NIV).

Those delivering the Word today—We lift up Christian worship services that are taking place today. We pray for people to be revived, for the spirit of the Lord to come alive in the midst of them, and for God to work wonders through His Word. - Ephesians 6:19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.

Those in a stressful home environment—We ask God to grant an extra dose of mental resolve and to give the patience and determination to stand firm.  - 1 Peter 4:12-13, "Friends, when life gets really difficult, don’t jump to the conclusion that God isn’t on the job. Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced. This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner." (MSG)

Pastors—We ask God to grant them peace as they faithfully lead their flock, for them to be guided as they move the congregation forward, and for them to be granted a fresh burst of spiritual energy as they continue to labor. - Luke 12:24 - Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?

Adult children who are living for self—We request that God changes hearts, resets minds, and places backslidden lives on the right path to Godly living. - 2 Chronicles 26:5 - And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper.

Marriages—We pray God gives couples renewed hope and a Word to assure them of His power. We ask the Lord to restore marriages and give couples a patient, loving, and content spirit toward each other. - Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.

Betty T—Today is the day for her job interview. We continue to pray with her for a superior interview and a job offer. We also pray for her to pass her job assessment tests. - Psalm 28:6-7 Blessed be the LORD, Because He has heard the voice of my supplication. The LORD is my strength and my shield; My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart exults, And with my song I shall thank Him.

Caprice—We ask the Lord to alert her to the enemy's intentions and for His Spirit to rest upon her. - Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Those who have fallen away from daily prayer and Bible reading—We ask God to reset minds, bodies and spirit to be thirsty for His word and to empower them to finish strong. - 1 Chronicles 22:13 - Then shalt thou prosper, if thou takest heed to fulfil the statutes and judgments which the LORD charged Moses with concerning Israel: be strong, and of good courage; dread not, nor be dismayed.

Don and all those embarking upon a new business venture—We pray God grants them spiritual discernment, favor and clear guidance. - My child, don't lose sight of common sense and discernment. Hang on to them for they will refresh your soul. Proverbs 3:21-22a (NLT)

Those who feels they have been left all alone—We pray they experience the presence of God and that their days are full of meaning. - Isaiah 51:11 Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy {shall be} upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; {and} sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

Those going through the healing process—We pray for total healing, divine encouragement and God's favor. - Numbers 6:25-26 The Lord make His face shine on you, And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance on you, And give you peace.

Those in training for their new jobs—We request God's blessings upon them for successful job training and for God's favor to rest upon their hands and their minds. - Luke 1:28 (IRV) ..."The Lord has given you special favor. He is with you."

All those living with Lack—We beseech the Lord to protect minds and your spirits from the enemy. We ask Him to supply needs in abundance and for Him to restore everything that was lost over the years. - Numbers 14:8-9 "If the LORD is pleased with us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us--a land which flows with milk and honey. "Only do not rebel against the LORD; and do not fear the people of the land, for they will be our prey. Their protection has been removed from them, and the LORD is with us; do not fear them."

Everyone on the call this morning—We ask God to cover you with His protective hand, to provide for you from His unlimited supply, and grant you discernment in making decisions. Our Young People—We appeal to God to grant them wisdom to look past the present, for their decisions and choices to be routed in morality and righteousness, and for them to walk in the light of God. - Psalm 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

All those who are in a difficult place right now—We pray for God's guiding hand to lead, for His wisdom to give clarity of thought, and that He makes a way out of no way. - Psalms 37:3-5 - Trust in the LORD, and do good; [so] shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

All those on the call this morning— We pray your faith is strengthened and for you to stand firm against the attempts of the enemy to trip you up. - Matthew 17:20  If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Betty T—She has two interviews this Friday, 12/7/18 for a Revenue Officer position. We pray that the Lord will bless her with one of the Revenue Officer position in Maitland, FL. She also has two job assessment tests to take. We pray for her to pass and we thank God for being our God of all power.

Terrell—We pray he is endowed with the wisdom of God and that he walks and talks the Word of God - Hebrews 6:17-19 Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath. God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.

Eric—We pray for God's richest favor and for total healing. - Hebrews 4:16, KJV Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Those with sales jobs—We implore God to bless sales efforts, to close deals, to meet quotas, and to grant favor for success. - Psalm 35: 27 says:  “Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause:  yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”

All those recovering from cancer surgery or cancer treatments—We ask God to replenish energy, renew strength and totally heal bodies. We also ask for those going through the recovery process to embrace the resources and services available to assist with rebuilding lives. - “He gives us strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” —Isaiah 40:29–31

Those searching for a job—We continue to pray God opens employment doors and grants jobs with full benefits. - Job 10:12 You have granted me life and lovingkindness; And Your care has preserved my spirit.

Everyone on the call this morning—We pray you approach the day with a spirit of expecting mighty things from God, for God to bless you in abundance with peace and contentment and to grant your specific needs. We also ask Him to cover you with His kindness and care. - “I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.” —Psalm 4:8

Samone and her husband—Show them the way to God's plan for their relationship. Help them see the light for a unified marriage. We pray that old habits and addictions be destroyed. We ask God to put their marriage on the road to reconciliation. We also pray for them to successfully raise their boys in a healthy home environment. - Romans 15:7 Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.

Liza—She has a PET CT scan today. We call upon the Lord for the results to confirm our prayers for total healing. We ask for her soul to prosper and for her good health to be maintained. - 3 John 1:2 I prosper and am in health even as my soul prospers.

Minter H—We lift her and her children for daily grace. We ask for the spiritual and material needs of her family to be supplied with ease. - We pray for God to cover them with wisdom, with insight and with God's grace. 2 Peter 1:2

Those in need of money to pay their rent—We ask God to grant wisdom in how the need should be satisfied, for resources to be made available without strain, and for peace of mind. - Deut 8:6-9 God has brought me into a good abundant land, I eat without scarceness and do not lack any good thing.

Single Parents—We pray for them to learn how to put Christ first and for stable employment. We also ask the Lord to give them godly wisdom in raising their children and for all their needs to be met. -  “Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name” (Psalm 86:11)

Widows—We entreat God to surround you with His presence, to reassure you of His power, and to give you peace that He is working things out in your favor. - Jeremiah 32:27 “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?”

Blended Families—We request that God shows them how to keep lines of communication open, for productive discussions and for unity in the family unit. We further pray for God's favor to dwell with them on every side. - Romans 15:5 May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had.

Everyone on the call this morning—Grant us the desire to express love to those family members who are difficult to get along with, to show compassion to those who mis-treat us, and to perform an act of kindness toward a stranger today. - Micah 6:8 He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

Milton—We beseech the Lord to rest His spirit of wisdom and understanding upon Milton. We ask the Lord to give him the inner strength to exercise self-control. We further ask the Lord to bring Milton's will under the subjection of the Holy Spirit.  - Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Portia—We call upon the Lord to help her endure, for him to guide her, and for His favor to cover her life. - Romans 15:4 For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.

Vincent and Chelle—We call upon God to heal their bodies and keep them strong. - (Isaiah 58:8 NKJV) Then your light shall break forth like the morning, your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.

J. R. Carter—We pray for Christ-directed thinking, godly wisdom and for him to be kept safe. - Colossians 1:9 And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding.

He will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.

Noel, 16 years old—She has been missing since Monday.  She’s going through a rebellious time; but, her parents are distraught.  We pray that God will touch Noel's heart and her mind and bring her home safely. - Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring.

The family of Frank Crum, Sr, Pearl Crum's uncle—His funeral is today in Tampa. We ask the Lord to give the family strength to get through the day and the days ahead. We pray for their comfort and for the Lord to be in their presence and keep them on one accord. - Psalm 138:3, "In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul." (NKJV)

Alice, Bob and People in and out of unhealthy relationships—We pray God gives them spiritual stability, self-control, self-discipline and an appetite to live for Him wholeheartedly. - “Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name” (Psalm 86:11)

Preachers preparing their sermon today—We pray God gives you the wisdom and insight to research and prepare a life-changing, inspirational sermon with ease. - Deuteronomy 18:18 "I will raise up for them a prophet (Prophet) from among their brethren like you, and will put My words in his mouth; and he shall speak to them all that I command him,."

Those missing deceased loved ones—We ask God to grant strength to those who are feeling the void left by death, to fill hearts with joy, and to flood minds with thoughts of memorable moments.

Single Mothers and Single Fathers—We pray for the Lord to grant stable employment and supply spiritual, financial and health needs in abundance. We uphold parents before the Lord for wisdom in parenting and consistent disciplining of their children. - Jeremiah 29:11 - ‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.'

Amber—She wants to buy a house. We pray for divine guidance in her selection of location and for Him to lead her to the home that is best for her. We ask for all decisions to be directed by God and for there to be no struggle in the blessing. - Psalm 85:12 Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.

Jen—We pray God's presence consumes her and gives her a spirit of peace. We ask for divine direction with her personal situation and for her to step out in faith, do not look back, and keep moving forward. - John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

Earl—We ask God to cover him with His tender hand of mercy and grant all his needs. - Numbers 6:24-26 The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.

Everyone traveling today and this weekend—We ask God to continue to protect all travelers while they go to and fro. - Psalms 91:11 He ordered his angels to guard you wherever you go.

Married Couples on the verge of breaking up—We beseech God to endow them with the skills to communicate one with another, for the desire to reconcile their differences, and for the drive to fight for their marriage. - 1 Peter 5:6-7 And God will exalt you in due time, if you humble yourselves under his mighty hand by casting all your cares on him because he cares for you.

Those starting a business—We pray for God's direction, His guidance and financial backing for a successful business venture. - James 1:5 But if anyone is deficient in wisdom, he should ask God, who gives to all generously and without reprimand, and it will be given to him.

Our College Students—We pray that they remain focused on their books and never give up no matter how hard the work may get. May they always keep a relationship with God, may they remain humble, and spiritually grounded. - Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings. (Psalm 61:1-4)

Everyone on the call this morning—We ask for guidance, for spiritual and financial provision and for God to chart your course for the day. - 1 Corin 1:25 For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength.

T. Harrison—She is undergoing surgery for breast cancer today. We pray for the Lord to guide the hands and minds of doctors and nurses involved in the surgery, for all cancer to be removed and for successful treatment and total healing. - (Isaiah 58:8 NKJV) Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.

Tempest—We pray for wisdom in making decisions and for God to cover her in every area of her life. - Psalm 3:5 I lay down and slept, yet I woke up in safety, for the LORD was watching over me.

Trell, Derrick, Stephen and all law enforcement officers—We pray for their safety, for a positive relationship with the community, and advancement on the job. - Romans 13:4 (MSG) The police aren't there just to be admired in their uniforms. God also has an interest in keeping order, and he uses them to do it.

New parents—We pray for God's favor as they adjust to their new addition, for their needs to be supplied and for spiritual growth in the Word and things of God. We also pray for newborn children to grow up filled with the spirit of the Lord. - Psalm 115:14 (NIV) 14 May the Lord cause you to flourish, both you and your children. Psalm 115:14 (ERV) 14 May the Lord give more and more to you and to your children.

Those in a volatile relationship—We pray for wisdom in dealing with conflict, for God to restrain actions and to grant His divine covering and guidance. -  Psalm 57:1 “Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me, for in you my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will take refuge, until the destroying storms pass by.”

Those going to a new job—We pray for God to shower them with favor as they prepare to take a new job, for Him to impart creativity, courage and wisdom as they step out in faith, and for God to continue to work the plan He has for their lives. Joshua 1:5-6 No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you or forsake you. Be strong and courageous, for you shall cause this people [your students] to inherit the land that I swore to their fathers to give them.

Everyone on the call—We pray for God to order your day, light your way, protect you from the enemy and give you everything you need. - Psalm 121:7-8   The LORD will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. 8 The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.

Jackie P—She had a surgical procedure yesterday to have a pacemaker inserted. The procedure was successful by the grace of God. We pray for total healing from the crown of her head to the sole of her feet.  We pray that God will continue to strengthen her day by day and regulate her blood flow. - Hebrews 6:18 So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. (NLT)

Josephine H—She is having some health challenges. She has pain in her leg and back requiring lots of tests. We keep her lifted for  the pain to subside, for a correct diagnosis, for effective treatment without surgery and for total healing. - Exodus 23:25 You shall serve the Lord your God; He shall bless your bread and water, and I will take sickness from your midst.

Chris W—We pray for him to be settled, for his goals to be manifested and for him to take care of himself. We ask the Lord to infuse Chris with spiritual wisdom and fill Him with the Holy Spirit. - 3 John 1:2 I prosper and am in health even as my soul prospers.

B.P. and those seeking a better or different job—We pray for divine favor in employment, for the strain in finances to be relieved and for jobs with excellent wages, hours and benefits. - Jeremiah 29:11 - ‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.'

Those who are on probation—We ask God to guard their going out and their coming in and to protect them from the influences of the evil one. - 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.

All those working to close on business transactions—We pray that God lays His hands upon all parties involved, for faith and patience as transactions are negotiated, and for God to be glorified through it all. - Prov 13:11 He that gathers by labor shall increase.

Everyone on the call this morning—We pray you not rely upon your strength and your wisdom to get through the day, but for you to fully trust in God’s power and believe He is able to work in and through you to do things that are beyond your ability. - "I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith." Dottie A—We lift her for traveling mercies to her destination and for all to be well upon her arrival home. - Psalm 139:9-10 If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me.

Rob—We bind strongholds and loose self-control, strength, and faith in his life. We also pray God places him on solid footing and gives him a second chance at a useful and productive life. - Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Matthew 18:18

Sam—We call upon God for salvation, spiritual growth and for Sam to lead his peers to Christ. - Ezek 36:26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.

Brittany T—We pray for her to have peace in her life with no distractions. We also pray for her to have safe housing and to make decisions with clarity. -  John 10:9 I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.

Strong willed-children—We plead with God to mold them to His likeness, to strengthen them on the inside, and to keep them healthy. - 2 Corinthians 4:7, "We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. All those at a decision cross-road and do not know which road to go down—We request that God provides you with guidance and clarity on what to do next. - III John 1:2 says: “Beloved I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

The United States of America—We ask for God's Holy Spirit to fall on us and our nation in a fresh way, compelling the people of God to repent of sin and for our nation as a whole to return to faith in the living God, resulting in a great national spiritual awakening. - “Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name” (Psalm 86:11)

James H—We pray for his wounds from his deployment in the middle East to completely heal. We ask the Lord to make a path for him to lead a peaceful and productive life upon his return home. - Exodus 23:25 You shall serve the Lord your God; He shall bless your bread and water, and I will take sickness from your midst.

Angeliesse and teens with no self-confidence—We pray for obedience to God and parents, for them to realize their self-value to God, and for them to grow in  wisdom and confidence. - "My children heed their parent's instruction and give attention to know understanding." (Proverbs 4:1; 13:1) - Isaiah 49:25: God will contend with him who contends with me, and He will save my children.

Jobs in turmoil—We entreat God for strength to face each day with optimism, for you to remain hopeful, and for you  to wait on God to set things right. - Psalm 138:7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.

Our College Students—We pray our children are guided by the moral compass we instilled in them, for their hearts and minds to be guarded from the enemy and for their decisions to be Bible-based. - Jeremiah 30:20-22 Their children will be as in days of old, and their community will be established before me; I will punish all who oppress them. Their leader will be one of their own; their ruler will arise from among them. I will bring him near and he will come close to me, for who is he who will devote himself to be close to me?' declares the LORD. " 'So you will be my people, and I will be your God.' "

Small Business Owners—We pray you get an abundance of new business, for growth beyond what you can handle, and for God's favor to overtake you. - Psalm 90:17 May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us - yes, establish the work of our hands.

Those who are sick with an uncertain cause—We pray the Lord empower doctors with the wisdom to make a proper diagnosis, to order accurate treatment and for health to be fully restored. - Ex 15:26 I am the Lord that healeth thee.

Everyone on the call this morning—We ask God to keep His eyes and his hands on you, His protection around you, to guide you in the right way, and help you be a bright light of hope and integrity for others. - 1 Pet 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and [be] ready always to [give] an answer to every man that asketh you a reason.

Antquan B—He was in a motorcycle accident and is hospitalized in a coma. Tests are showing brain damage. We pray in agreement with the family for him to pull through, for his condition to be reversed and for him to be healed completely. - 3 John 1:2 I prosper and am in health even as my soul prospers.

Those who are incarcerated—We pray for the spirit of the Lord to rest upon them, for their hearts to be protected from the enemy and for them to influence their fellow inmates in a positive way. - Ephesians 1:17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit] of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.

Those who are lonely—We pray for renewed hope, comfort and assurance that God is always with you. - 1 Samuel 12:22 For the LORD will not forsake his people, for his great name’s sake, because it has pleased the LORD to make you a people for himself.

Those who are depressed—We ask God to lift your spirit above your emotions and set you in a place of peace and calmness. - Psalm 56:9 (TLB) The very day I call for help, the tide of battle turns. My enemies flee! This one thing I know: God is for me!

Youth Leaders and Youth Ministries—We earnestly appeal to God to give leaders the creativity and skills to implement highly effective ministries that engage young people of all ages. We ask that youth programs be designed to get to the core of Christian development and growth. We also ask that teaching be received with sincerity and for young lives to be dedicated to godly living. - Likewise, you who are younger, be subject to the elders. Clothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” - (1 Peter 5:5 ESV)

Those travelling today and this week—We call upon God for traveling grace as they travel to and from their destinations. - Psalm 139:9-10 If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me.

Those who are co-parenting—We beseech the Lord to guide them into the best way to raise their children and for love, unity and peace to rule. - I have righteous, wise children so I will greatly rejoice, and delight in them. (Proverbs 23:24)

Everyone on the call this morning—We ask God to cover you with His protective hand, to provide for you from His unlimited supply, and to constantly remind you of His endless love for you. We also pray God breathes on your plans for the day and align them with His plans. - Proverbs 2:6, 9 For the LORD gives wisdom, and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. Then you will understand what is right and just and fair—every good path.

Adam—We cry out to the Lord to fill him with His Holy Spirit and grow Him closer to the Lord. We ask our Father to take away the desire for drugs and to regulate his mind. - 1 Corin 6:12 Everything is permissible for me"—but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible for me"—but I will not be mastered by anything.

The Murphy Family—We plead with the Lord to shower the family with self-control, to infuse His presence into their individual spirits and to help them grow in the things of God. - Colossians 2:9-10 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority.

Pauline W of Chicago—She had to be readmitted to the hospital because she had a back-set from a fall she had earlier this month.  We beseech the Lord to stabilize her condition and grant her a full recovery. - James 5:15 “The prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick.”

Liza—She had a recent medical diagnosis. We pray for her body, her soul and her spirit to be invigorated. We ask God to lead doctors to the correct and most effective treatment path and for treatments to yield permanent healing. We also pray for her family to remain strong. - Isaiah 40:29 He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.

JaMon and those who are responsible for the spiritual growth of their families—We pray heads of households make prayer a daily part of their family routine, that they set expectations for moral excellence and lead by example. - Joshua 24:15 But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."

All those who recently moved into a new home—We praise God for shelter and we pray there is no struggle in the blessing. We ask God to cover homes, people who live there, and activities that go on within them with His powerful hand. Make homes a refuge from the cares of life and a place of continuous love and peace. - Isaiah 32:18 (NIV), God says, "My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest. Consider the Garden of Eden! It was the original intent for our earthly dwellings.

Those who have received an unfavorable doctor report—We plead with God to inject healing into sick bodies, strength into weak limbs, and clear thinking into tired mind. We also ask Him to encourage families dealing will sick relatives. -  Jeremiah 33:6 - Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

Everyone on the call this morning—We pray God strengthens our ability to discern His voice. We ask Him to make us more sensitive to those we need to forgive and for Him to supply us with all we need spiritually, emotionally and financially. - Isaiah 30:21, "Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.’" (NIV)

Britany—We pray she immerses herself in God's Word and gains encouragement from His promises. We also pray God places a Christ-fearing person in her life who can be support for her. - Psalm 42:11 Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.

Family Gatherings—We pray travelling grace for all those traveling to and from family gatherings today. We are trusting the Lord for a time of fun, fellowship and unity. - "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others." Philippians 2:3-4 (ESV)

Bereaved Families—We also pray that hearts overflow with good memories, that their minds be at peace, and that spirits to be at rest. - Deut 4:29 But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Those on a fixed income—We pray for God to bless their finances in abundance and give them days filled with more than enough to meet their obligations. - Isaiah 52:12, "Go in confidence and grace — no rushing, no frantic escape. There’s no need to be anxious — the Eternal One goes before and behind you. The God of Israel paves the way with assurance and strength. He watches your back." (The Voice)

Parents of Rebellious Children—We pray for renewed strength and godly guidance for those parents who have tried everything to turn their teenage and young adult children around. We petition God to grant parents a discerning ear to hear what He is telling them to do next, and for them to have the courage to follow God. - Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Those who are not feeling well—We ask God to renew bodies and replenish strength. - Job 33:25-26 (NIV)  then his flesh is renewed like a child's; it is restored as in the days of his youth. {26} He prays to God and finds favor with him, he sees God's face and shouts for joy; he is restored by God to his righteous state.

The mentally ill among us—We pray God protects them. We ask Him to quicken spirits, to heal minds, to give clarity of thought and renewed reasoning ability. - Romans 8:24-26 “In hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what is seen? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience. Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but that very Spirit intercedes with sighs too deep for words.”

Those who are fearful about what "might" happen—We ask God to build up your faith, to show you how to trust Him, and to give you a peaceful mind. - "For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, do not fear; I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13)

Everyone on the call—We pray for God's wisdom to surround you, for His mercy to cover you, for His angels to protect you and for His hand to provide for you. - Proverbs 2:6, "For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding." (NIV)

Ms. Graham—We cry out to the Lord to fill her with His Holy Spirit and grow her closer to Him. - Isaiah 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.

Deacon Demps—His kidney function increased by 11 points over a two-week period. We thank the Lord for his healing hands and we pray for Deacon Demps to continue to progress. -  Psalm 103:1-4 Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name!  Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies.

Rob—We ask God to prick his heart, to change his mind, and to deliver his soul from the stronghold of drug addiction and other vices. - III John 1:2 “Beloved I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

Milton—We call upon the Lord for recovery from drug addiction, for restoral of relationships that have been broken and for renewal of his spirit. - Psalm 103:3 (MSG) He forgives your sins, everyone. He heals your diseases, everyone. He redeems you from hell, saves your life!

Those desiring a husband or wife—We pray for God-fearing men to be paired up with God-fearing women, for families to be formed, and for God to be glorified as a result. - Psalms 122:7 - Peace be within thy walls, [and] prosperity within thy palaces.

Those working to get out of debt—We pray with them for supernatural debt cancellation. - “He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted” (Job 5:9).

Ministry Leaders and Workers—We lift them for the Lord to give them creativity and for them to be sensitive to His leading. - Colossians 1:28, "He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ." (NIV)

Families and Marriages—We ask the Lord to grant them peace of mind, rest from the struggles of life, a day filled with hope, and that He opens up the lines of communication. - 2 Corin 4:8-9 we are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed.

Everyone on the call this morning—We beseech God for opportunities to speak a kind word, to perform a good deed and to stand up for those who are oppressed. - Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Xavier and Alana, two very young teens—They were raised in church but have lost their way in life. We cry out to God for divine intervention. We ask for them to be released from the grips of the enemy. We also  pray for the Lord to bring them back into the safety of the Lord's protective care. -  2 Timothy 2:26 and that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will.

Amber Jones and Family—We lift them before the Lord for safe travels to, from and while in Baton Rouge LA. - Psalm 121:7-8 The Lord will keep you from all harm–he will watch over your life; The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and for evermore.

Portia and Milton—We continue to pray for good health, a good marriage relationship, and for God to lead her and her husband to walk in the fullness of God's blessings.  - Psalm 90:17 May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us - yes, establish the work of our hands.

Maurice and Joanne—We implore God to empower them to evangelize His name on a daily basis, show them how to use their gifts to His glory, make clear their purpose, and give them the vision and the courage to step into the plans He has for their lives. - “Keep your eyes open for God, watch for his works; be alert for signs of his presence.” (Psalm 105:4 MSG)

Those in our prayer family looking for jobs—We continue to pray God opens employment doors and grants jobs with excellent salaries and benefits. - Prov 4:18 “The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.”

Spouses who are crippled by emotional baggage—We appeal to God to make them whole in every area and to renew their hearts and their minds toward Him, toward each other and toward their families. - Jeremiah 33:6 - Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

Persons involved in child custody battles—We call upon God for divine intervention for a peaceful solution and for children to feel secure. - Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;
6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

Everyone on the call this morning—We pray God provides strength in difficulties, hope in adverse situations, guidance when the way is not clear, and favor in all you do. - Psalm 138:7  Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand delivers me.
